First day plans were slightly altered by rain, but we still had a great day touring the countryside for some good painting spots. We have a few shots to share of old Siena from motoring thorough and stopping between rain showers.

Today’s my last day as I head back to the real world in the very am, by train for Florence. I have had the time to do the blog, but it is a question at the moment, given the painfully slow hotel web connections. Sharon gets so busy painting, searching for new locations, stretching canvasses, finding a sandwich, and sleeping that the blog (with very very slow web connections will probably prove a challenge). So we’ve devised a tag team approach that we hope will work.
